The subject list is alphabetical for browsing. Several entries are focused parts of a broader SQE1 assessment area: the FLK1 tax books belong with Business Law and Practice, for example, while Property Taxation belongs with Property Practice.
The SRA sets the assessment areas and exam sessions. The numbered route below is our study suggestion, not an official order or a change to your current plan. If you have already started, carry on from your next useful topic.

Professional Conduct
Ethics and conduct can be tested across both FLKs. The separate FLK2 entry in SQE Cracker opens the shared conduct material, while practice questions remain FLK-specific. Revisit it alongside the other subjects rather than leaving it to the end.
Solicitors’ Accounts
Keep this as one focused book, then practise applying it in both Wills and Property contexts. The SRA places accounts questions in those contexts in the January 2027 exam sessions.
